Bailey Roin

Lead Educator

Bailey Roin was drawn to Brighton Center for its inclusive, nurturing approach and its dedication to supporting children during their earliest and most important developmental stages. Working in the infant classroom with children ages 6 to 18 months, Bailey is inspired every day by the remarkable growth that takes place in even the smallest moments.

One of Bailey’s most unforgettable experiences was watching an infant roll over for the first time completely on his own after months of therapy to support his mobility. That moment was a powerful reminder of the impact patience, teamwork, and encouragement can have in helping children reach their milestones.

Bailey’s goal is to create a safe, loving environment where every child feels supported as they learn, grow, and explore. She treasures the opportunity to build strong connections with each family and to share in the joy of their child’s development.

What Bailey loves most about the Brighton community is its deep sense of connection and collaboration—families, staff, and children working together toward the same goal.

To families, Bailey shares:
“I genuinely treasure your child and feel privileged to be part of these meaningful early moments in their life. Thank you for trusting me with their care and growth.”
