Jana Grohman is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for impactful leadership. She earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Texas State University. Throughout her 14-year career, she has consistently driven positive change by leading and managing programs, teams, operations, and facilities.
What Jana loves most about Brighton Center is the empowering impact they have on families. By providing them with amazing opportunities and tools, they equip families to build a brighter future. What keeps her motivated every day is witnessing the growth of team members—seeing them develop their skills and confidence in their roles is incredibly rewarding and fuels her passion for leadership.
