Jessica Garcia joined Brighton Center to deepen her understanding of working with children with special needs and to explore how they can thrive alongside their typically developing peers in an inclusive classroom setting. She is passionate about creating environments where every child can learn, grow, and reach their full potential—together.
One of Jessica’s proudest professional moments was accepting the position of Site Manager for Brighton’s Lullwood location. It marked a meaningful step forward in her career and gave her the opportunity to lead a team dedicated to supporting children and families every day.
Jessica sees her role as one that balances both leadership and connection—ensuring that the program is a safe, nurturing place for children while building strong, supportive relationships with families. She believes that by working together, educators and parents can make a lasting positive impact on each child’s journey.
What Jessica loves most about the Brighton community is its supportive and welcoming culture. The strong sense of teamwork and shared purpose creates an environment where both staff and families can grow and succeed.
