Odessa Montano was drawn to Brighton Center because of the incredible people who work here and the amazing families the organization serves. Each day, she looks forward to coming to work, knowing she will be surrounded by a team and community united by the same mission—to help every child reach their fullest potential.
In her 12 years at Brighton, Odessa has been blessed to witness countless “lightbulb” moments. From seeing a baby take their very first step, to watching a child express their needs for the first time using a communication device, each milestone is a reminder of the joy and purpose in her work.
Odessa hopes that through her kindness, encouragement, and patience, every child she works with will grow confident in who they are and know they can overcome any challenge.
What she loves most about the Brighton community is the way every person who walks through the doors is genuinely committed to the families they serve. That shared dedication creates a culture of compassion, trust, and collaboration.
