Valerie Briseno first learned about Brighton Center through a friend who worked here and often shared how amazing the organization was. Inspired by those stories, Valerie knew she wanted to be part of something that made such a positive impact. Today, she loves coming to work each day to help children learn, grow, and discover new things.
One of Valerie’s favorite “lightbulb” moments was when a child who typically played alone began interacting with other children in the classroom. The moment was so special that she took a video to share with the child’s parents, knowing how much it would mean to them.
Valerie hopes that every child she works with grows up knowing they were always loved, cared for, and respected. She is passionate about creating an environment where all children feel valued and included.
What Valerie loves most about Brighton is its commitment to inclusivity—accepting and embracing all children, regardless of ability or background.
